With a focus on gentle strength, pelvic alignment, core connection, and nervous system support, each session blends restorative movement with targeted Reformer flows to help you move in a way that feels empowering — not overwhelming.
Whether you experience chronic pain, fatigue, bloating, or flare-ups, this course is about tuning into your body, reducing tension, and building strength slowly, with care.
